Q: How do I find a product?

A: You have four options to find the Linear Technology part best suited for your application.

  1. Part Number, Text or Keyword Search: You can type a part number or keyword into the search box at the upper right hand corner of every page. You'll get a list of all products and documents related to your search.
  2. Product Function Search: From the home page, placing your cursor on any of the product families listed on the left hand side of the page will expand to show the family's sub-categories. Clicking on a category will take you to the associated category home page. You can also get to the category home pages by clicking on the Products tab at the top of each page. Once you have arrived at a category home page, you are presented with several options. You can Refine Your Search by drilling down into the product sub-categories. You can View All Products, viewing a sortable table of all products in the category. Finally, you can use our Selector Graph to graphically choose the best part for your application.
  3. Application Search: Click on Applications to view block diagrams for common applications. Clicking on any block will display Linear Technology parts suited for that application.

Q: What happened to parametric search? Where is the product function tree?

A: Both these functions were combined into powerful sortable parametric tables (see above for instructions on how to find them). Sortable parametric tables allow you to sort and filter any of our product families for a wide range of attributes.

Q: Will my ecommerce account information be affected?
